Dr. Taneja is the Co-Founder and President of Dynamo Technologies, a premier technology solutions and analytics product provider to the federal government. Dr. Taneja leads Dynamo’s strategic, growth, and partnership initiatives, with an emphasis on the federal government contracting arena. A systems engineer by training, he has lead numerous technical consulting engagements across the public and private sectors.Dr. Taneja received his B.A. in Economics and Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Virginia, his M.S. in Telecommunications from George Mason University, and his D.Eng. in Engineering Management and Systems Engineering from the George Washington University, where his doctoral research utilized a system dynamics approach to analyze the impact of electronic health care records on the U.S. healthcare system.
MATTHEW PLISHKER
EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT
Mr. Plishker is an expert in leading managers in the successful delivery of outstanding digital solutions for commercial and federal customers.Mr. Plishker spent 15 years at Gartner, the market leading research and advisory firm for information technology products and services. Mr. Plishker was a Senior Managing Partner within Gartner’s federal consulting practice where he oversaw a variety of IT strategy engagements across numerous offices and cabinet level agencies. He focused on solutions that drove efficiency and effectiveness across a broad array of topics including: cloud, big data, data analytics, cyber security, organizational transformation, sourcing, and application modernization. During this time, he developed a great deal of knowledge on mature operational processes and best practices that are being implemented at Dynamo to enable our continued growth and success.
Mr. Plishker graduated with a B.A. from Colgate University and received his MBA from the R.H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland.

VICE PRESIDENT OF COMPLIANCE
Eric Hong is a Director of Dynamo Technologies, Inc. In this role he leads the company in providing innovative, collaborative, cost-effective program management solutions to customers in the defense and civilian sectors.Eric has experience in the federal government contracting industry providing acquisition support, cost estimating, IT consolidation, program management, budget formulation, and grant review to multiple clients within the Department of Defense (DoD), Department of Treasury, and Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
Eric graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Bachelor of Science in Policy & Management with Minors in Architecture, Economics, and Chinese. He is a Certified Cost Estimator/Analyst (CCEA) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
