Successful client services are built on strong relationships. Dynamo team members work together with the customer to understand the problem from the customer’s perspective. This ensures we correctly identify the core issues so we can successfully apply the correct industry leading solutions.

Dynamo integrated solution delivery teams are comprised of an array of subject matter experts and delivery specialists. These include technologists such as data scientists, designers, engineers, and IT project managers, as well as business focused staff.

These business experts bring deep knowledge of our customers mission - diplomacy, public safety, homeland security, natural resource management, and financial regulation. Explore & Identify

Engagement is a not a point solution but a relationship. We want to get to know you. The means cultivating a deep understanding of what you do and why – mission and business goals, users behaviors, industry trends, and operational constraints. Then thoroughly investigating the full scope and core challenges of the stated need.

With this sound baseline as a guide, the Dynamo team researches and evaluates approaches and alternatives. Then we work with the customer to identify the optimal solution based on their specific need and business environment.


Design & Build

We apply deep design thinking for all our solutions and services with the goal of creating long lasting value for the client. We work as a true partner with our customer and build with the end in mind. We apply agile approaches to all our engagements (technical or programmatic) to drive incremental value and a fully successful end solution.

Dynamo specialists extend their own expertise by collaborating internally within the team, across our Dynamo Communities of Practice, and externally with our technology and industry partners. The result is an approach that applies leading best practices as well as the latest technologies during the entire project lifecycle – from concept to delivery.



Program launch can be one of the most exciting and yet stressful times for a project. Dynamo employs our sophisticated program management and solution delivery methodologies to reduce the stress for our clients while maximizing the success. We provide seasoned staff and incorporate industry best practices (ITIL, CMMI, Lean Six Sigma, PMBOK) into all our processes. As a result, we can successfully plan, track, and mitigate the small risks before they become big issues. Our ability to consistently deliver is one reason why Dynamo has so many repeat customers.


Refine & Optimize

Dynamo understands that a program launch is just the beginning of what our clients are trying to achieve. This means planning for and guiding our clients through the post deployment activities including the required organizational change. Our dedicated change management specialists ensure effective outreach with the user communities. Seasoned trainers build specific training curriculums for the users so they will quickly adopt and maximize the benefits of the new IT solution.

Course corrections are part of a successful deployment. Client environments are always changing and the programs and solutions Dynamo deploys are ready to change with it. Dynamo uses our continuous improvement methodology to build that expectation into all our programs and support services.

8(a) STARS II Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC)
The federal government can buy cost-effective, innovative solutions for information technology (IT) requirements through Governmentwide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs).
